Hi guys

anyone with experience using this site?

I recently ordered a pair of trousers from them and I cannot contact anyone at this company who can help me to trace the order.
I called them several times but I only get the answering machine... looks really dodgy.

sorry wrong link cos there is a similar shop called surpless and adventure which are rip of murchants and i was going to link to the thread about them now surpless and out doors are usually spot on so cant help

No worries, have done it myself. And after being in retail for a long time I always find it nice when companies let their staff have some time off.

Just to bring this to the fore again.

Bloody fantastic service from Surplus and Outdoors. I ordered 3 Swedish Kuksas for the SAT stove over the internet on Wednesday mid morning, (i was crossing the Irish Sea at the time as well), asked if I could have them for this Friday and they are now sat on my desk.
