Wednesday is here Midday has gone.. so here goes, heres Meal.

I have removed ALL Booze from the meal costs as per the thread, and the Turkey is a Farmer Phil one as per Voting.

Main
Turkey in a Bin - http://www.thetrashcanturkey.com/ Turkey - 5.5Kg from Phil the farmer @ (£27.50) with a couple of drum sticks and wings.. :)
Ham - Colin ( £10.00)
Roast Potatoes - Colin
Yorkshire Puds - Kevin
Carrots - Simon (£1.00)
Parsnips - Simon(£1.50)
Peas - Stu ( £2.00)
Brussels - Simon(£2.00)
Onoins - Colin
Sausage - Stu (4.00)
Bacon to wrap sausage's in - Stu(4.00)
Stuffing - Wolf crafter

Pudding
Sean... Xmas puds - Two Off - (£12.80)

Cheese - Mike (12.00)
Biscuits - Kevin
After Dinner MintsChris-Ozzy
Walnuts - Wolf crafter (Free)
Cranberry and other sauces- Wolf crafter

Celbration Sundries
Xmas Crackers - John

So Far the costs I have in, are adding up to £76.80..

There are 13 Adults and 2 children.. therefore say 14 people so divide £76.80 by 14 = £5.49....

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL COST... I need the Final Costs by 8pm Tonight please.... or I will take cost's from Tescos website and put them in, this is what will be budgeted for on the items that you have put you name down for...... I think I have allowed plenty of time for your costs to come in, thank you for those that did get them in.

I want to get a final figure so that we can draw a line under it :)

Celbration Sundries
Xmas Crackers - John Tesco's Pack of 10@£4 x 2 =(£8.00)

So Far the costs I have in, are adding up to £108.92..

There are 13 Adults and 2 children.. therefore say 14 people so divide £108.92d by 14 = £7.78 ea....

I would therefore suggest a Cost of £8 per Adult and £4 per under 16

this will give us a £3.08 float :) so not far wrong .....

if some one can confirm my adding up in case I have gone wrong.. :)

I can confirm the total is £108.92, making £7.78 divided by the attendees.

No worries from me rounding up. Hell, the excess could go into the kitty if everyone's in agreement?

I see you've already got a fancy dress, I've got 2, a nice little black one and a nice red sparkly number but I didn't see anything in the details about dress code?

I'm liking this group more and more, I'll probably go sparkly red seeing as you like shiny things!!!
