We also moved house about 6 months ago and I miss my log burner. No chance of putting one into the new house because the chimney breast has been blocked up. But yes. When our old house was being done up we used to BBQ outside in October. Does a Cyprus Souvla BBQ count as well if we're talking outdoor BBQs? Not exactly buschcraft equipment though ....

If you have an external wall then it is often possible to install a wood burner with a new metal insulated chimney ("Twinwall chimney") but costs a lot more than unblocking the existing chimney and putting a flexible liner in. Can be less, but budget £3k max for the latter and £5/5.5K for the Twinwall & stove/bits.
