The community support officer is always in the area and often by the beginning of the trail as there are sometimes motorbikes rode down there, she said the police would not be able to do anything as there is no witness ect so i didnt really know what to say to her
Go to the station and ask to speak to a supervisory officer i.e. sergeant or Inspector and relate your story,what she said may be true but is not an excuse to not make some investigation or intelligence report.
A community support officer is NOT a Police Constable and has not undertaken the same office of Constable.
Tell the real Police, it is true that a lot of things won't come to much but you do not instill that type of negativity from the beginning.
It is a Constables duty to you to instigate some sort of investigation in a manner that i've mentioned previously.
Tell them at the station that I sent you (retired cop) and you just want it noted for intelligence at least.
