Great animals, a couple of years ago we had a family living in the flat roof over the extension, then one day I saw one of them moving out the family, one at a time in the mouth carrying them along a beam, down a post, along the hedge, 5 mins later she was back for the next. I saw at least 7 kits get taken away.

They're great fun to watch aren't they. Like little powered Slinkys bounding about with great purpose. That and the intent cheeky wee face. (Would love to see a wolverine in the wild - a big ambition of mine.
Another thing I like watching up by me are the Dippers walking up the stream beds - hunting away. marvellous stuff, there's heaps of them Elen you'd love it.
OK, I'm sold, I'll be up there. Have to go to Exmoor and Dartmoor to get good seeings of dippers.
