didnt zip up my sleeping bag/bivvybag, during night, i ended up with my rear stuck out through the open zips and touching the side of the tarp

hence cold and wet! lol

it's taken a few minutes to calm down. My bottom has now officially fallen off... I shall have to glue it back on before our mooting.

had a Mini Moot with Ben sat night in his woods did rain all night

had chilli for tea

hopefully there a few of you there older than my boots so next time im not out numbered by the Kids 4 to 1 and we can sit round the old Gits fire grumblin about the Youff of today

i have boots 20 years old, although found them on the weekend in a damp patch of the garage and had gone mouldy... shame seeing as i got married in them

im 40 years old and 12 years mature, but like a good whinge so will happily be grumpy

This make me wonder.... have you two had a pre moot meet? and if so why wheren't we all invited so we could all meet before mooting...

I did offer in the first post that if anyone wanted to venture over to the woods where we are meeting before the actual weekend that i would happily accomodate but no one has stepped forward...

I am off to the lakes near my house in a min to spy out some good fishing marks for when the lakes open for flyfishing season in two weeks time.
Just got me a shinny new rod
