This is so I can rent it out...so it needs to be sensible colours.

since my idea of sensible might not be sane, Im asking you.

What counts as a neutral colour?

The kitchen and bathroom are pretty much set...the tiles are blue and brown, so I want something to tie in.

If you say magnolia I ill be most put out.
