The other thread saw how many rucksacks we all have, what about tents/bashas/bivis etc?

I have a Jack Wolfskin Gossamer (1 man)
A bivi bag
A Coleman two man tent
A Vango Omega 350
Two bashas
A home made hammock out of an old Force Ten flysheet
My old poncho

I reckon that lot is going to be very lightweight isn't it!?

Including tarps and stuff?.........about a dozen, smallest are bivvy bags (surplus, alpkit, snugpack) largest is a bergans 4-6 man lavvo
And a 6 man "adventure ridge" base camp type tent, that one came from aldi and has stood up to more wind than you'd believe possible
From a tent bought at a cheap supermarket

Those are my only tents; then there's the MLD Bivvy bag and a few tarps (various) as well.

Of the tents, the only one that gets regularly used is the Tarptent Scarp 1 - blooming' brilliant! The vast majority of the time, I'm to be found comfortable under a tarp.

Have managed to whittle it down to just two these days,

Hilleberg Tarra. Bombproof mountain tent, it's about 13 years old now and still looks like new.

And my Tentipi Safir 7. Masive basecamp fun and toasty warm with the woodburner going inside it.

I've had a fair few tents over the years but have settled on these as they suit me for all the conditions I'm likely to encounter these days.
