Small budget films that need funding.

OK a Game that will remain nameless that I have shared with British Red was utter dross but it got me to thinking why did it get funding when both the following films havent got picked up by a studio.

Panic Attack.

Both where made on very small tight budgets and the creators deserve recognition.
