With winter here and my old bones feeling it more and more, I decided to build a kit trolley to lug my heavyweight kit around. Using some old dexion 45 x 30mm angle, an offcut of 12mm ply and a old floor scraper handle, I welded a simple 1m x 0.5m frame and bolted the ply to it. Using a step bit I made a hole slightly wider than the diameter of the pull bar and bolted it through the bed.The only thing I bought were the pair of barrow wheels, the rest was stuff lying around the workshop. It pulls very easily and is balanced well, and with only two wheels , is very manouverable. The pull bar is easily removable, and the whole thing sits nicely in the car.
