It's likely an issue with some caching somewhere and not something to be too concerned about, we've made Tony and the mods aware now and I'm sure they'll look at it once back from the Maker's Moot.

I don't know if details about how you view the site would help.

I've never had this problem and I don't know if it has anything to do with the browser I use, device I use or the fact I have a fixed IP.

I am logged in on some pages but logged out on others. Still getting a grey banner at bottom of page saying active user has changed as reported before and seems others too have this.
Still no g mail notifications from bcuk, despite all boxes ticked for that. It's can't be a cache problem on my device(phone) as Tony suggested if it's others aswell.
Still getting Gmail from other sources.
No idea if pms are getting through.
It's getting frustrating having to keep coming off the site and back on to get normal function.
This has been happening since Sept.
