I thought Id post this as I had to hunt for the info myself.

I couldn't find any replacement gaskets in stock anywhere without importing them. As mine fell out somewhere or came out with a bottle (as I found out after is the only downside of a sawyer).

I found an image of the size of one to fit it.

So I got some 3mm thick food grade silicone, and used my good old cutting compass to make a few for it.

I put 500ml of water through it attached to a coke bottle, not a drop leaked. Without the gasket just as much water comes out the bottle end as the filtered end.

I'm keeping a couple of these in any bag I'm out with when I need the filter.

Interesting post thanks. I need to make some large, 50mm wide and 10mm deep, washers as they cost over £100 each to buy (yes, that's not a typo over £100!).

I've currently used two hole saws but that's a bit hit and miss. I hadn't thought of a cutting compass.
