Good news for the man. Although we don't know the details, I find it hard to believe, that a person of his age, who chooses to carry either a petrol lantern (it is mentioned in the news article) or a wood stove and who hikes in Scottish woods, would not know basic things like proper ventilation in a heated tent. Maybe there was an equipment failure of some kind?
