Rucksack modifications

I just got a Hill People Gear Tarahumara bag as a day pack for bimbles in the woods and town. So far it is great, but the design is such that the water bottle pockets intrude into the pack when they are full. I like using NATO water bottles and it is a struggle getting them in and out with a full package, so my mind turned to modifying the bag.

As I am about as talented at sewing as a blind one armed monkey I think it would be best if I got someone else to do the work.

Are any of you able to recommend somewhere to get this done?
