Over here there is a sizeable collection of photographs of folks who like to dress up as knights, vikings etc.

The phrase 'dressing up' doesn't do what these folks are doing justice, the level of detail and craft that goes into these outfits is impressive and well worth a look through. Some ideas for the bushcrafty community I think too.

Thanks, this is great! I love using historic kit/clothing when I'm out in the woods. I almost feel connected to the people whose clothes/kit I'm using, but most of all its very functional and usually hard wearing! At the moment I look like a confused longhunter Native American Viking!
