a good disc and belt sander.

need one with belt which can go vertical as well as horizontal.
had one from axminster but it broke :0(
your advice needed so I don't waste good money on rubbish (again!)

I use an axminster model.....i dropped it a while back so its been repaired,the switch broke so its held down with a tiny g clamp and operated by the plug!! you sre right that these are crap!! but mine keeps going.
the link from fat rog is a good brand...

I came across brands like Clarks, Schepenbach, Draper etc but hope to find someone who has bene using one for a few years and still going strong!

I have a 2 grand radius master too, and i prefer to work on the above machine. Cant fault it.
