Reccomendations for small light

Hello All , its been a long time since I needed a half decent torch / flashlight but Im now on the lookout for either a small tactical or EDC LED flashlight . Must be robust , ideally around 1000 lumens with strobe function , and ideally red and blue LEDs .
Any reccomendations welcome

Look at Wurkkos's and Sofirn's websites. Lots of good lights there for modest money. I can't speak to UK customs and taxes but, my purchases made it to the USA without any issues or undue expense.
