So just read the thread about home made jerky and it sparked a memory of someone talking about making rabbit jerky in the woods.
Has anyone done this? I imagine doing it all in the woods would be a little tricky!
I've done it with pigeon breasts, marinaded in port, a little garlic and white pepper; it's strong meat but you'd know whether you like pigeon or not.
