Had a quick overnighter in the garden last night to test out some new kit.

Just before I fell asleep there was some light rain which resulted in these visitors:
Once I fell asleep I was out like a light till morning, surprisingly comfortable and warm all night. I was so deeply asleep I missed a morning phone call from my dad, only waking up when the tea fairy appeared:
I had intended to make myself a brew from the comfort of my bed when I woke up but my dad got there first.

It turns out that our lawn is a lot softer to sleep on than I would have imagined. A fun night out.
