A kilt works well for Bronze Age clothing, whether of wool or linen. An example was found in the Bronze Age Oak Coffin burials which was a simple wrap-around piece of cloth secured by the top edge being tucked in. For modern Living History displays I make the top more secure and have stitched the edges together to stop it flapping open.

The Dover Museum illustrations of "Building the Bronze Age Boat" show a range of reasonable speculations about Bronze Age clothing.
