primus customer suport

hey chaps .
i bought a couple of primus head torches earlier in the year . they work great however the first thing found out is that they have a tendency to turn themselves on in your pack however easily sorted just turn batterys round when put in sack.
however i found another problem this weekend in the woods the battery case breaks really easy (like a cheap toy)luckily i always have a couple of micro lites with me so i wasnt without light.
anyway cut to the chase - if anyone has details of primus customer support (maybe on a primus product you have) could you post it as i have googled every combination i can think of and i still cant find there home page
