Very nice indeed, one of the nicest leather things, it looks great.

Couple of opinions:

The branch without acorns looks a bit weird. The belt loop is not centred, maybe this was intentional, but I think it would encourage the bag to lean to one side. The leather that the strap that the closing strap goes through is not dyed black. I would have pre dyed the leather black in that section, so you don't get a patch of light brown in the mist of that black. Kind of hard to explain but I hope you understand.
