Picked up these at the weekend - 3 x Vapalux Lanterns

Whilst partaking at another one on my passions, steam engines, I went to a show at Kettering at the weekend.

There was a seller there with Tilly and Vapalux lanterns. Must have had over 100 as he was selling off a collection of a deceased friend.

Managed to pick up 3 Vapalux lanterns.



A M1B and 2 x 320, I think.

Total cost including 3 x washer sets and 5 x mantels (2 original and 3 Todi) £50.

I could have spent a fortune, but 3 will no keep me happy.

A full washer replacement on all of them and they are running fine.

Well impressed.

Thank you to all of you on here who pointed me in the direction of a Vapalux.

You know the unhappy wee kids in supermarkets, not throwing tantrums but just really, really unhappily crying and setting adult teeth on edge? (You just know those boys are going to grow up to hate shopping), well those are greetin' weans
