Other uses for Pheasant...

The stock is to die for, I have stopped chucking them in the ferrets as the little buggers always spread the feathers everywhere, you must be a more chilled chap that me BW.

They've had a fair bit of pheasant, rabbit and squirrel lately and I tend to find that they've used bits of fur and the feathers to make a nest out of.

We're out of rabbits at the moment,so my lucky little rodents get the exit wound shoulder whenever I get a deer. That must be why they are 2kg each.....
