With the longer days in full swing, I'm often working beyond the point that all my regular food shops close. That being so, I'm looking at what I can order online. For the record, I'm not much of a supermarket shopper.

I found this company which I might try out:
https://www.wildmeat.co.uk/

Does anybody have any recommendations for some interesting food places that deliver?

Thanks.

I buy from several whole food type companies.

These were the ones I bought from this week and I'm pleased with all of them :)

Cheers Toddy. I'll get a cup of tea on the brew and have a look through them.

That Hodmedod's is pretty near to me. Looks good for stocking up the pantry.

Hodmedod's are good :) and they have a lot of British grown stuff, which is brilliant :)

I found a sweetie store yesterday...:shameful:....it was honestly for a birthday present, but let's just say that I got 6kgs of sweeties posted for a fiver :rolleyes2:

I've looked at the website ( still got a sweet tooth ) and wondering what you managed to order 6kgs of for a £5???

Note that the beef is not halal

Good for them, I consider it a disgusting thing to do to an animal and only buy animal products from places where I have a full knowledge of everything which goes on.

Another long term Buy Wholefoods Online customer.

I've always had great service from Gazegill for meat.

Other than sausages, which I get locally from Old Hall Farm as their 'no carb' sausages have no fillers or preservatives and the pigs are fed on a decent diet. Some of the best dairy in the country too but priced at what it takes to produce real food.

Try Zing Asia. Best value king prawns in the country. Rubbish website but worth the effort for really interesting ingredients
