I got here now we are in a youth hostel till friday. any tips on what to see.

Skansen is interesting, as is Vasa Museum. Walk around Gamla Stan, and you should also take a boat out into the Archipelago. If you feel like shopping there's a Fjällräven factory outlet just outside town...

Södermalm (Söder for short), the island just South of Gamla Stan is quite cool, with some interesting little, shops + Cafes etc.
Have a great time. Hopefully you are heading out into the countryside too?

I did the vasa museum today, it was absulutely fantastic! past saturday I wont have the internet like this. infact its quite hard to get on it as it is, big queue
