Hi Guys. A quick question, is Northern Bush Craft by Mors Kochanski still in print? Amazon is directing me to second hand copies in the £80 region  , and my local Waterstones can't find it listed. I'm getting a copy from the library, but it would nice to be able to buy a copy if it proves useful. Any alterative sources?

Thanks!

BTW, excellent forum. :)

Try amazon again but with "Bushcraft: Outdoor Skills and Wilderness Survival " I've aq copy and inside it says "previously ed. has title Northern Bushcraft"
so I'm guessing they're the same

If you occasionally find yourself in London it might be worth getting a
readers' pass (less of a jumping-through-hoops exercise than it used
to be - they've really opened up their service to "non-academics") as
they have two copies of this book available to read on-site.

They've also got Richard Graves' book, several by Ray Mears and a
couple from Harold Arthur Lindsay and Sydney Herbert Edwards.

Plus LOADS of other books and journals too :D

Thanks, good resources. Anyone trying to get hold of a difficult to find book should also remember that even if the local library service doesn't have a copy they may well be able to order a copy in from another county or from the British Library reserve stock.
