There was a spoon left over from the last Spitewinter meet, I was going to take it to the winter meet but it looks like there isn't going to be one.

If the real owner wants it all he has to do is describe it. Otherwise Muddyboots can have it if he wants it.

It hasn't got a very long handle though, I can weld one on if you like.

I know this is a strange question lads but did anyone find a long handled spoon after the North Wood Meet last time out?

I've bloody searched everywhere for it and must have dropped it when i was loading my gear.

It's worth a beer if anyone finds it and I get it back .

Remember the ball busting about what would I do if I broke my wooden spoon in Finland? Wood's a real joy to carve, where as I've heard bad things about titanium! Might be time to cough up for another, then the first one's guaranteed to turn up.

Sorry to hear you're moving Istvan. France is a great place for bushcraft and foraging. As others have mentioned if you find a decent woods people will be more than willing to visit, myself included. Best of luck with that, see you at NW to say goodbye.
