They must have been ok as at one point Jess was doing a pretty good 'Oliver' impression though she refused to let me take a pic, kids eh!

to cook both just add to the hot griddle, turn over when base is nicely browned. flatbread is formed to a flat patty by hand and the drop scones just spoon a dollop onto the griddle and let it find its own level.
They are just as easy to do in a frying pan or over an open fire or even on your kitchen stove - go on you know you want too

- water
