So is Haribo guess what u can eat more off in 1 sitting?the answer is not raw honey.
I was thinking about this. 5 tbsp of honey or 4oz of Haribo? About the same amount of calories but you can just slurp the honey down without chewing. How much honey are you implying you could eat in one sitting?

It would be easy to rack up a load of toast with honey.

I’m more of a jam man if I’m in that mood but if there was no jam in the house, honey would easily take it’s place. Quite easy to eat a load and I don’t believe it satisfies hunger more than anything else.

Carbs very rarely seem to sate appetite. Give plenty of emotional ups however. Followed by the downs. It feels to me at least .

Anyone tried a CGM ? and if so which one , there seem to be a lot of reasonable priced units on amazon but I wonder about their quality?

I had one for a couple of weeks when I did Zoe, I thought it was excellent, Libralink I think it was, worked well. I've fancied having one again but it's pricy at £25/week so I can't see it happening any time soon.
It's eye opening, especially if you experiment with varied foods and the order you eat them in.

May I humbly suggest you a follow a thoroughly researched & tested diet, proven to cure or reduce diabetes - DR Michael Mosely, "the Fast 800" and his wife's recipe book "the fast 800 Recipe Book".
All the answers about various foods, research links etc. Tested and part of the NHS toolkit. I bought my copies 2nd hand on Amazon.
It works - period.

I didn't get on with the cauliflower mash easily at first either, it needs very little cooking and the olive oil in it helps. I thought sticking to the first 800cals/day for 4-6 weeks was going to be tough, it was'nt. But keeping to the 5:2 bit later I find harder, but not missing bread or potatoes at all. The odd 1/2 sweet potato creeps in sometimes.

I didn't realise it was a subscription based service? I thought it was just an app based bio-feedback device?
