Jason over at British Blades made this knife for me and was a joy to deal with through the entire process.
I had seen some of his work before and liked the look of it so really wanted to give the guy a challenge at something he'd never done before. I've got a couple of Hillbill blades which are awesome and i know mark does a S4 style knife but wanted to try a different maker.
I wanted something based on the S4 but a little more bushy and i liked the pommel of the Fallkniven F1 and the look of micarta for a change rather than wood.
I only received the knife yesterday (took about 3 weeks) but it is gorgeous and hopefully will stand upto some good use in the field....it's definitely not going to be a collectors piece.
