New Axe from Cegga

I recieved a new Axe from Cegga in Sweden last week. Similar in size (though not identical) to a Scandinavian forest Axe, it is a real beauty.
here are some pictres of it beside a GB small forest axe to show the size diference.

It didn't come with a head sheath, so I had to knock one up myself. 3mm leather, all hand stitched. I really must get some leather tools, especially a stitch groover.

Hopefully I'll get to use it this weekend and will post some pictures of it in use.

Is is a very similar profile, only considerably larger. I have a BR/Cegga as well and it's my most used axe.

Hope the axe will work good for you. I did´n have a sheath for a axe the have that edgeprofile sorry for that but you make a nice one yourself. I love to know more when you use it.

Thats lovely - one of my favourite axe sizes for a great "all rounder" = will make a wicked limbing axe too
