My "new to me" forge!

I manage a bicycle shop and one of my customers was telling me he often has old tools for sale. I mentioned to him that I was Interested in some blacksmith tools. Well he showed up 3 days later with this little beauty and I promptly paid him and loaded it into my truck! I fired it up today and it works great. I will be making some sort of door on the front but for now it's great!

wow how does that work? air goes through the pipe or soemthing and blows onto the charcoal or something?

It's propane fired, no charcoal. The tank is about ten feet away on the ground. Runs at approx. 8psi

Nice find ! wouldnt bother with the door, should work fine as it is.

I may just leave the door off. I used it on the weekend as I found It, and it worked great!
