My new Knife & Pocket Sharpener.

Hey guys! So I registered today and I also received a couple new goodies in the post!

Number 1 is the main event of the post and it’s my new KA BAR & Becker BK7! All I can say is woah, was a lovely piece of kit! My plans for this knife is to put it through it’s paces and eventually strip the powder coating to get down to that lovely 1095 carbon steel. I’m also going to start carving my own Micarta next time I’m out on a camp.

Second item of the parcel is a Lansky BladeMedic, I nice compact 4in1 knife sharpener. I mainly got this to put the edge back into all my other knives which are much smaller than the BK7. But so far after sharpening up a couple EDC utilities, I definitely prefer the small diamond tapered rod.

No worry's ,cant say I'm not into showing some of my kit myself!, really looks a good tool worthy of excitement! handle looks a good shape but a slick surface how is it for grip?
