Hi

No i did it all by eye. No jigs either (wish i had one though it gets the nerves going doing it by hand), I just market it out first then used grinder, Sander, Files, Sandpaper to get the bevel, then used the Lansky to make sure it was right, then used it to sharpen the blade....

looks to be a solid, practical knife :)
