Yeah, it works very well, i'm so impressed with how efficient it is, the amount of oxygen it get's can easily be controlled although I might have to add another opening underneath so that I can allow it to burn faster for boiling water. It could also do with a removable chimney extension, I'll make these next summer when I get access to the fatherinlaws garage

I love the welding it is 'rustico' as the Spanish would say. On my very long list of stuff to make.

I like that, not complicated and looks great. Have you had it alight yet. Don't worry about the welding as long as it holds it's good enough.
