how would a music forum go down on this site? discussions could be about how to make drums and other instruments, sharing tab and sheet music and lyrics for old songs to play round the fire etc..?

I don't know how much traffic it would get from anyone else, but I would use it. I Like campfire sing-songs and I like attempting to make instruments. But I could really do other peoples input as I dont have enough knowlegde of things like the distance between holes and lenght to make anything regular sounding. And the problem with other sites that cover the topic is that they use things like PVC pipe or imperial measurements, or they expect you to have a fully equipt workshop.
