MTP MVP Bivvi Bags, anyone use one ?

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone had used the newer patterned mtp bivvi bags at all. Do they give any advantage in breathability terms over the older DPM and OG MVP bags ?

I guess what I'm trying to say is have there been any advances in the g/tex MVP world since it first appeared ( How come they don't use eVent yet ?), or a they just a different colour scheme ?

As far as im aware its the 'pa + PTFE' aka goretex... Which still does the job but IMHO don't bother buying one unless your army barmy... Your just going to pay more because its MTP. I'd recommend the dutch hooped bag... I'll be using one on the 10th in scotland for a few nights...
Better nights sleep... nd they were designed by corinthia...

Did the MTP MVP Bag you used come up to the normal standards, or did it maybe exceed the performance of older bags ?

Never really noticed to be honest, apart from the wider neck, it is the same bag in new colours.

Good to know I can go for the OG one without any loss of performance, and less dammage to my bank account,
