I'm thinking of buying a couple of the Moskito traveller hammocks that Trek Direct sell for £25.
Anyone got any experience of them, are they worth it and are there any better alternatives for around the same price? I'm buying two, so I don't want to spend 50 quids if they're not up to it. Any ideas???
Cheers :biggthump

Sombody's got to know something......off in a few weeks :feedback:

I bought a hammock from the Nomad store about £20.00 really simple and straight forward, totally recomended.

And......fast forward over a year later,
I am receiveing a Moskito hammock in the post tomorrow so I may as well post my opinion of it on this thread so that that anyone else thats thinking about getting one can have a look.
I'll put nice pictures of it here.

Well, just to follow this up. My Moskito hammock arrived today and it looks well made (In China) and is very light at just over 400 grams. There are no ropes or straps (tree huggers) to put it up, but, I have 10 metres of nylon/poly strap coming to me tmrw so hopefully I will get this tested soon.
There is no elastic cord for supporting the mosquito net either.
A bare bones Hammock.
