Hi everyone - just back in Dorset and I'll be firing up the forge tomorrow.

What shall I make though?

I was thinking of doing a run of the Fire knives
http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62135

maybe up to 10 or so. not sure yet.
I'll be making up a couple of blades for people I know so I could do a few more too.

just curious as to what people would want. Granted it is the expensive season but you can give me ideas.

cheers

Well today I made:
4 carving knives in various lengths
2 large "S" hooks
an Iron age belt buckle
and annealed a file to make a knife for Richie'66

I'll be selling the blades once they have been heat treated.

I started making a brooch at the end of the day - should have taken no more than 15mins but it started to bugger about so it went in the bin. I'll make up a couple another day. I'll also knock out a few toasting forks or something.
Might even make a "bushcraft" blade before I go back to uni too. lol. - it will all be for sale too. ;)

All the best
Andy
