So...

This is my first work with a leather.
The leather craft is interesting, funny and relaxing!

Horse leather 1.3mm

Cutted to small, funny pieces.

Sewing is relaxing.

The final product.
There is no edge finish, no leather protection and others. Just raw product which isn't ideal. It's my first time!

OK. Ladies and Gentlemen - my first knife sheath!


It isn't perfect but it's close to my dream sheath for Mora Classic. It's sheath for really small knife - Morakniv Classic 2/0.

That's very good indeed, I like the style, it goes with the knife very well.

A new sheath for Morakniv Classic Original 2.

The knife with original sheath:

Original & new one:

Finished with a fat balsam.

I used 3mm leather.
It isn't beautiful but it's all what I can do with leather at the moment.

Looking good... does the job. Have you treated the leather with anything?

Yes, it's finished with PALC. It's something like fat balsam for leather.

BTW - I have done another sheath but I'll show in later because it's a surprise gift...

The sheath was a gift for my son. The original plastic sheath was ugly.

It isn't perfect but I like it! My son too.
