Tent in use at Comrie Croft...Wasn't always rainy this weekend.. Had some very hot weather and some very wet weather...

Jane outside with the temporary porch...

And inside....

Went to the famous grouse experience.... Giant whisky bottle

And for a walk near Comrie.....

also had a go at making some cake and bread in the camp oven, very successful and welcome...

we had a great time at Comrie, great as ever, good to see George and others there... The tent worked fine, some drips from the first real soaking it got in the night long rainstorm we had, but that was expected, pretty comfortable, plenty of room for us. Now hanging up downstairs drying out!

......what wood stove where you using?

we'll eventually use the gasbottle one i made a while back, there'll be a new cap with a section for the chimney in it, but in the pics we used charcoal in a oil drum fire pit ( outside ) and the oven is a coleman one

Where did you find the canvas

i bought some of paul from RedKite yurts near Dunblane, he had some spare to sell, normally i've got stuff from Lowes of Dundee, a canvas supplier
