Liver pate Today (first Try)

Nother first and another River cottage Recipe

had 2 pigs Slaughtered last week so have been making Sausages all weekend (70lbs so far)

made 2 x 500gm in 1lb Loaf tins

I do like a bit of pate :)

Are we talking smooth and Bressels stle or more coarse Ardennes Duncan?

Chicken Liver pate with brandy is my favorite starter in a restaraunt, unfortunately all your supermarket chains, only sell duck and pork liver pates.

That looks good :) I made some a couple years ago from Hugh Fernleighs recipe and it tasted great...even complemented by a French friend!
