Leather Glue

Now I've started making a few items from leather - tankard and axe masks really, I was wondering what was the preferred glue ? Whilst most of the tankards work just fine without it would be useful to have some back up on some.

I use Uhu from the pound shop but it's only to hold it together before stitching

If you have a Wilkinsons near you then they do Bostik leather which is very good. Otherwise I use the leather cement from Tandy.

I have used Evo-stick before as it impact part I find useful, but just ordered some more leather cement...

I currently use bostick inflatable boat adheisive, only because I had loads of tubes from when I was fixing life rafts, life jackets and inflatable boats.
