Leather case Mirror

I was in the woods the other weekend , and went to get something down from a tree and got a face full of bits and one small bit in the eye. Well no chocolate to clean up a billycan i had to go back to the car and use a mirror.

This got me thinking so i made this up.

That's a brilliantly crafted bit of kit. I've got a small circular (about 1inch diameter) mirror tucked in my FAK. You can get them on Ebay as they are made for museum displays where you want to see a reflection of the back of the item, cheap and effective, made of thick safely bevelled edge glass. You certainly need a mirror in your FAK for incidents like this. Not as beautifully packaged as yours mind.

I got a stainless steel mirror from a camping shop for £1. Lightweight and very tough.

what a strange coincidence, as my 4th leather item, this week i made a very similar thing. not quite as fancy but a nice little thing.
