i have been thinking lately perhaps i should try carving something else? theres loads of objects and styles to choose from.

but i quite like these fellas, anyway here's another happy little soul to add to my collection.

this was from a piece of laurel which was taken down at work, im not sure which variety. the carving is 2" inches wide and 16" long and the wood was a pleasure to carve.

Have you ever tried your hand at drawing & painting ?.....there's certainly artistic talent there.
