Anybody coming to Ashdown this weekend is more than welcome to have a look and feel of my blade blank. I haven't as yet managed to get round to putting a handle on it as I don't have a clue on how to do it!!!

How do you guy's find the handle shape in use ,is it ok or do you have any suggestions for improvements ?

the two handed squeezy sheath thing might be a pain, but it does mean that you don't need any extra flaps and fasteners.

the only issue i have with the handle is that the pommel cap can transmit a painful dose of chopshock into your little pinky when chopping relatively seasoned wood. apart from that it's nearly perfect.

cheers, and.
