Khyam Customer (lack of) Service

Has anyone here had any experience with Khyam Customer service? If so, how did you get in touch with them? I have mailed them 4 times over the last 6 weeks and not even got an acknowledgement. I tried phoning today and gave up after 5 minutes of waiting. Should I try a recorded delivery letter? Have my manservant trot round there with a hand penned parchment on a silver platter?

It's a real shame, because I very much like my ridiculous family tent, but am now thinking I will never deal with them again due to appalling customer service.

Have you tried social media - do they have a facebook or twitter account. Companies tend to react quickly to a more public dialogue. Also "camping magazine" is on twitter. May be worth tweeting them about it.

Yeah - just went to their facebook page. Some other bloke did the same and got a response almost straight away so I will try the same and then suggest they remove their link to an email account that the obviously do not monitor

Unless they've changed their customer service they replaced the outer to my igloo and gave me storm guys as an extra . I bought it second hand as well . I did go through cotswolds though.

Got a response from a facebook posting the next day, suggesting their spam filter may have been blocking my mails and I didn't mention Viagra, male enhancements, russian brides, PPI or Nigerian Princes once.... Anyway, customer service was good when I finally got it and problem sorted to my satisfaction.

Its always worth sending emails from different accounts when having trouble getting through to someone. SPAM is so devious these days that the SPAM filters need to be equally so, sometimes they get it wrong.

At one point a few years ago I got so many emails from AOL addresses that contained malware and spyware that I blocked them completely.
