Is there a windproof flax linen?

Hi folks
I have the urge to make a pull over American hunting shirt in the style of the late 18th century but would like to make it out of something windproof.

Is there such a thing as windproof flax linen?

I'll probably cough for a pattern for this one as I suspect the material will not be cheep and I'd want to get it right first time.

I've seen plenty of linnen canvas that was *quite* windproof. Not sure if anyone makes a thightly enough light weight woven linnen cloth for your application, but there are no technical reasons not AFAIK.
