For sure the uniforms were pretty dam close. Then they go and ruin it by using hand signals that weren't used during WW2 - they were used during the Vietnam war.

We're lucky that Hollywood got the uniform right. I have a fallschrimjager helmet from the film.. it's a prop made model.. looks pretty good to...

I look forward to the Iwo Jima films coming out.. "Flags of our fathers, and "Lambs in the Wind"...

My son bought a "Converse Messengers Bag" from Argos which could be ideal http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/0754837.htm. It is £24.99 and really nice except the large logo all over the flap.

I think it spoils the bag and that people should pay me for advertising their product, but to a teenager it is important to have the "right" brand

Have you thought about a game bag, used for whilst on a shoot. They are usually sold at country fairs and the like, and I am sure some are on Evilbay.
